Systems management: was responsible for all client desktop systems from May 2006 to May 2009. This included repair, installation, upgrade, and software assistance in a support desk capability.
- Network/server management: From May 2009 onward, I joined the network team in maintaining the server and network infrastructure, including spearheading a migration to Exchange 2010, and a major push toward virtualizing the environment.
- In April of 2019, I moved into a Sr. Network Administrator position; same responsibilities, but greater flexibility and a larger share in implementing and maintaining the compute and storage infrastructure the business runs on.
