This is a quiver tree, aloe dichotoma. It's not a arizona native, it's from South Africa.

Sadly, this was the best I could get of the fire pillar. Its HUGE, and drew a large amount of people rubber-necking around it.

This sculpture is called "Belugas". they dont looks like whales__. :D
