I went into work one day and found this on the "waiting repair by vendor" shelf. I was curious__.

Youll note the glass chunks at the bottom; the touch panel wasnt broken, only the screen behind it. Them SurePOS units are pretty damn tough.

I asked the supervisor what happened and was told that the user used to hit it because "it was running too slow"; this time around he hit the gritty a bit too hard, and also got fired for it AND had the cost of the replacement screen taken out of their last check, IIRC.
